His week I found two great ways to make a greater impact with your running. This first was mentioned to me by Tony B. The second site is The Movement Challenge. For the Movement Challenge I selected World Vision. If you have been reading this blog for awhile now you know that this year I running for Team World Vision in order to provide wells for clean water to families in Africa.

We observed that the web site stated " To arrive like a child waits for Christmas morning." It also stated " It has been a long wait since placing my order in early October, but yesterday the much-anticipated package finally arrived! It was tempting to simply rip the box apart, throw on the watch, and go for a run. However, I first had to take the mandatory unboxing photos for my fellow dummies. Race Predictor based on VO2 Max." The header had forerunner 620 as the highest ranking keyword. It was followed by garmin, garmin foreunner 620, and foam roller which isn't as ranked as highly as forerunner 620. The next words the site uses is r8. roll recovery r8 was also included and could not be understood by web engines.SEEK OTHER BUSINESSES
